Raleigh Oak Charter Community Circle
The Raleigh Oak Charter Community Circle is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports our school community through communication, volunteers, and fundraising. All parents, guardians, family members, staff, and community members are welcome to be involved and are considered part of the Community Circle. Our purpose is to foster the educational, charitable, and social well-being of the Raleigh Oak Charter School (ROCS) community by encouraging communication, coordinating volunteers, and providing supplemental services, programs, and financial support for the benefit of students and the school.
During the 2024–2025 school year, we thrived through diverse fundraisers like Patreon, Spirit Nights at Panera and Buffalo Lane, and our popular carpool raffle. These efforts funded vital initiatives, from staff snack carts, teacher education, and Waldorf pedagogy supplies to campus renovations and direct assistance for families in need. We enriched the student experience by financing field trips—including the 8th grade DC visit—supporting school festivals, the yearbook club, and even our school chickens. Every donation and volunteer hour helped us foster a vibrant, well-maintained, and supportive educational environment for the entire ROCS community.
